Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has been released CBSE Private Form for Class 10th & 12th. In this concern, the board has also issued the CBSE Private Form Notification. It is the opportunity for those students who were not enrolled for regular schooling. Students can get admission and appear in 10th/12th Examinations by submission of CBSE Private Online Application Form. For this, aspirants have to submit their CBSE 10th/12th Private Admission Form. Applicants are hereby notified that the CBSE 10th/12th Private Application Form will be accessible from 27th October 2017 to 27th November 2017 on its official website.

So, students are advised to submit their CBSE Private Admission Form as on or before the closing date reached. If any candidates will not be submitted application till the last date then he/she can submit CBSE 2018 Private Form with fees. Eligibility Criteria

Those candidates are unable to attend the school due to some reason, can apply for CBSE X Private Form and CBSE XII Private Form. But firstly you have to compare the eligibility criteria as stated below:


Candidate who has been declared as FAIL at the All India Senior School Certificate Examination (Class XII)
Teacher serving in educational institution affiliated to the Board and has qualified Class X or an equivalent examination in 2016 or earlier
Candidate who had completed regular course of studies and had been allotted Roll No. for appearing at AISSCE examination but could not appear for the Class XII examination due to medical reasons except shortage of attendance

For Class X

In order to fill CBSE 10th Private Form, aspirants have to fulfill the conditions as stated below:

Candidate who has been placed under ‘NIOP’ or ‘EIOP’ in the previous years of All India Secondary School Examination (Class X)can apply. However, they have to appear in full (5/6) subjects.
Teacher serving in educational institution affiliated to the Board
Regular candidate who had completed regular course of studies and had been allotted Roll No. for appearing for the Class X examination but could not appear at the Annual Examination due to medical reasons except shortage of attendance

Who can Submit Private Form of CBSE?

  • Students who got re-compartment in class 12 and not enrolled in any school.
  • Candidates, willing to apply for improvement of marks/grades after 10th or 12th
  • Students, wish to reappear in all subjects.
  • Passed students, sitting in an additional subject within 6 years
  • Women candidates (Delhi) who are sitting in board exam privately
  • Teachers in CBSE affiliate schools, willing to study further.

How to Get original Marksheet/Certificate Class X/XII?

(a) For other than Delhi region

Grade sheet is sent by CBSE to the examination centre of the candidate/to the residential address of applicant by Speed Post.

(b) For candidates of Delhi region

Mark sheet/Certificate is sent by CBSE to the examination centre of the candidate. Candidate can collect the document from the centre on production of original admit card.

Steps to fill CBSE 10th/12th Private Admission Form

Step 1: Log on to the Official Website

The first and thy foremost step of every participant, is to log on to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Official Website that is

Step 2: Follow ““Recent Announcement” section

After visiting to the home page candidates are required to follow “Recent Announcement” section as avaible at the right side of home page and select “Online Application for Private Candidates for Main Exam 2018 (Class X/XII)” link

Step 3: Select “Important Information” Option

Now new page will be displayed on the screen in with various links, candidates are required to select “Important Information” option which is available at the left side of the opened page. Then, CBSE Private Form Notification will be opened in PDF Form so candidates are needed to go through the details.

Step 4: Fill CBSE Private Application Form

Now participants are required to fill up CBSE Private Candidate Admission Form by hitting the suitable link. Candidates have to fill personal details, educational qualification, contact details etc. Aadhar number field provided is mandatory to fill in CBSE Private Form.

Step 5: Press on “Upload Images” Option

Once you will fill all details now collect essential documents, scanned signature/passport size photographs and upload it in the prescribed format.

Step 6: Hit at “Fee Payment” Tab

Before Final submission, candidates have to pay the CBSE Application Fee in accurate manner by hitting the “Fee Payment” option. Candidates can pay the fee by using the option as available.

Step 7: Press on “Submit” Button

At last, hit on “Submit” button and take at least 2 Xerox copy of submitted online application for further use.
